Acceptable Use

When using SnapShareIt, you agree to use our service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading images containing illegal content, including but not limited to: copyrighted material you don't own, explicit or adult content, hate speech, or content that promotes violence.
• Using the service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Attempting to circumvent any security features, abuse the service through automated means, or interfere with other users' access to the platform.

Service Terms and Limitations

SnapShareIt provides image hosting and sharing services on an 'as-is' basis. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Automatic Deletion: All uploaded images are automatically deleted after 7 days. We do not guarantee long-term storage and are not responsible for any data loss.
• Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
• Content Rights: You retain all rights to your uploaded content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your images for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
